Homeowners in East Missoula are wondering whether the Milltown Reservoir drawdown has caused some of their wells to go dry, reports the Missoulian. The EPA says not likely, as modeling for the project has shown East Missoula to be beyond the impact area. Other causes? Years of drought and new growth might be factors.
